- Peel and chop the Bottlegourd,ginger / mango ginger / turmeric....juice the lemon beforehand if you want..
- Add all ingredients along with a cup of water in a mixer jar or smoothie blender jar and blend/ grind till it's smooth..
- Pour it in a glass or have it directly from smoothie blender jar. Sprinkle some more roasted Cummin powder, if you wish. Happy Detoxifying!!!!.
