- Add to skillet. Stir occasionally until eggs are scrambled and cooked thoroughly. Set aside..
- Once the bacon is cooked & crispy, remove from oven and soak up excess grease with paper towels..
- Dice bacon into bits..
- Warm up tortillas on skillet or in microwave..
