- Heat up a Cooker and add oil to it. And Hing and Mustard seeds to it..
- Once the seeds splutter add chopped onion, green chillies and garlic to the oil..
- Then once onion turns golden brown add chopped tomato..
- Then add Turmeric powder, Salt, Dhania powder and garam masala and roast it for one minute.. till then tomato soften up..
- Add 3 to 4 cups of water..
- Then cover the Cooker. And cook it for 5 to 10 minutes on low flame till 3 vissle..
- For bhurji take 2 Eggs..
- Add salt to eggs mixture..
- Then in a kadhai put 1 tbs oil and put the egg mixture..
- Make it cook for 5 to 10 minutes till it turns brown..
- Till then the Daal is cooked up..pour it into the kadhai. And cook for 5 more minutes and then switch off the flame..
