Ingredients of Stuffed Shells

1. It's of Jumbo shells.
2. Prepare of Ground beef (or Italian sausage).
3. You need of Onion chopped.
4. Prepare of Garlic cloves minced.
5. It's of 16oz ricotta cheese.
6. Prepare of Fresh mozzarella (I used about 5oz) chopped.
7. Prepare of Dried basil or Italian seasoning (separate).

Stuffed Shells step by step

1. Cook shells as directed , after cooking let cool.
2. In a bowl mix ricotta cheese with 1 tablespoon basil (Italian season) salt to taste dash black pepper stir in chopped mozzarella ( or a blend of shredded cheese parmesan cheese mozzarella (4oz total) ).
