Sindhi Curry instructions
- Heat oil in Pressure cooker.
- Add mustard seed Jeera and methi seeds.
- Saute add curry leaves and green chillies saute.
- Add gram flour saute in slow flame till light brown in colour.
- Nice aroma comes. Out.
- Now add water.
- Let it boil.
- Add all veggies leaving Lady finger.
- Add salt to taste red chilli powder and cook till veggies are render.
- Shallow fry lady finger and add to curry.
- For tangyness soak kokum flowers in water for 5mts.
- Then add to curry keep on slow flame fir 10mts.
- Ur Delicious Sindhi curry is ready.
- Serve hot with Rice.
