Crunchy-Sweet-Spicy step by step
- Marinate the pork loins in a mixture of soy sauce+BBQ sauce+sweet chilli sauce+Paprika+Oregano+Honey for 5-10mins.
- In the meantime, Boil water for rice and prep the vegetables and zest and juice the lemon. Mix the lemon juice and zest with the rice and simmer on a medium heat for 15-20 mins.
- Shallow fry the pork loin and cook in the oven @ 200’c for 15 mins.
- Toss the prepped veg in soy sauce and fry in hot sesame oil for 5 mins. Add in the cooked rice; Stir and simmer for 3-5mins. Season.
