- melt caramels in saucepan over med heat with 2 Tbsp of water stiring constantly.
- devide melted caramel between both pie shells.
- sprinkle cashews over carmel.
- place pies in refrigerator to chill.
- while pies are chilling make pudding according to instructions on box.
- once pudding had cooled down some fill pie shells and return to fridge to chill for 30-45 min.
- devide Coolwhip between both pies.
- sprinkle cashews over top of Coolwhip.
- keep pies refrigerated until ready to serve.
