- Select papaya..today i choose the one still firm,but color turn to yellow..this give me sweetness,so i dont add any sugar, this portion is for my sister.
- Peel,thinny slice papaya.
- 2 chilli,2 clove of garlic,crush by pestel and mortar.
- Add yard long bean slicd,eggplant sliced,tomto sliced,crush.
- Add lime juice,sugar,fish suce,mix well,taste...add to your liking flavor inthis step.
