- Prepare 1/2 large of Sweet onion - chopped.
- Prepare 6 large of Mushrooms - chopped.

- It's 1 can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup.
- It's 2 tbsp of Marsala wine "Gran Chief".
- You need 1 of salt and pepper to taste.

- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Place thawed tenderized roundsteak in a 9 x 13 inch oven safe baking dish - salt and pepper to taste ( very important to remove ALL of the fat - otherwise the fat will make the dish soupy).
- Chop and mix vegetables then place on top of roundsteak.
- Scoop out mushroom soup and place on top of vegetables.
- Add 2 tablespoons of Marsala wine.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 30 min.
- Serve over rice.
