- In sauce pan add olive oil ,bring finely chopped garlic to brown ,add red curry paste stir to mix until get good fragrance ,add minced chicken or pork,seasoning by fish sauce ,soya sauce, sugar.
- Add tomatoes ,chicken stock ,stir to mix well,simmer until reduce , add spring onion ,turn heat off and prepare to serve.
- I serve with some boil and fresh vegetables( okra , carrots,eggplants,bell peppers ,chicken wings ,boil eggs and steamed rice.
