- You need 1 cup of Thori/ridge gourd (cut into small pieces).
- You need 2 of Tomato puree.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Garlic paste.
- You need 3 tsp of Oil.
- Prepare 1 of Green chilli.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Red Chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.

- First of all, Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic paste and green chilli...Saute for a minute and add thori.....Again saute for 1 minute.....
- Now add spices: Salt, Red chilli and turmeric powder.....Mix all well and cook for 2 minutes more.....
- In last, Add tomato puree,Add little water.... Mix all the ingredients well and Cook for 20minutes until thori become soft and fully cooked.......
- Serve hot with chappati and rice....
