- Prepare 1 of chopped onion.
- You need 1 of chopped tomato.
- Prepare 2 of chopped green chilli.
- It's As per taste of Salt.
- It's 1/4 tbs of turmeric powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of Green coriander leaves.
- Prepare 1/4 tbsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 2 of chopped ridge gourd.

- Heat oil in pan, add onions and cook it for 2 minutes..
- Now add chopped green chilli and tomatoes in it and cook for two minutes then add all spices(salt, turmeric powder,red chilli and coriander powder)..
- Cook for 5 minutes then add chopped ridge gourd in it..
- Cook it well by adding little amount of water and by cover the kadai it in between..
- After 15-20 minutes sabji is ready to serve with chappati..
I used finely diced ginger and garlic. In north India ridge gourd curry is called Turai ki sabji and in Andhra we call it Beerakaya kura.
