3. It's of Garlic 4 clovesCumin seeds 1 spoon.

5. Prepare of Coriender powder.
6. You need of Red chilli powder.
7. You need of Turmeric powder.
8. You need of onion chopped.
9. It's of Oil.

Use Maharashtrian Goda Masala + Red Chili powder if you do not have Kanda Lasun Masala. Add couple of smashed garlic cloves in tempering. Ridge gourd is one of my favorite vegetables. I love the combination of flavors in today's stuffed ridge gourd recipe.

1. Take ground nuts,garlic,salt,coriender powder and cumin seeds and salt in jar and grind it...make mixture for stuffing.
2. Peak ringed gaurd and give slit and fill this in this.
3. Ads oil in pan add chopped onion let it cook for a min then add gaurd.
4. Cook this for 2 min without lid.
5. Let it soft and then cover with lid and cook for 2 mins more...Ur quick recipe is ready to serve....
