- Prepare Bunch of vegetable(ugu).

- You need 2 of Maggi cubes.
- Prepare Bunch of waterleaf.
- It's 3 of cksp crayfish.
- It's 1 of stockfish.
- You need 1/2 kg of meat.
- It's 2 of medium size onionh.

- You need 1 cup of garri.

Vegetable soup with garri instructions
- Wash vegetable and waterleaf with salt.slice very well..
- Boil stockfish and meat with Maggi and salt.boil till is tender..
- Put pot on fire,heat up till the water drys..
- Pour in the palmoil and bleach for 3mins then add onion..
- Stir and pour in the waterleaf.awaterleaf.allow to fry till the water drys..
- Then pour in the meat and stockfish.but dont pour in the stock..
- Stir and add the crayfish,pepper,Maggi and salt.boil for 4-5mins and stirs..
- Then pour in the vegetable.stir it and bring down..
- Boil water pour in a bowl.then add the garri gradually.allow to cool down.
- Mix very well and dish.enjoy with the soup..
