- Take a grinder jar add soaked moth,peeled and chopped ridge gourd, green chillies,ginger, jeera, salt, and grind into a smooth dosa batter...
- Transfer this batter into a bowl, add 1 tbs rice flour, water, mix batter..
- Heat tava, and place ladeful batter, and spread dosa..
- Sprink onions and coriander leaves cook it.
- Fold it and transfer to the plate..

In our Konkani cuisine, we make a spicy kind of dosa which we call "Sanna Polo". Heat the dosa griddle, drizzle few drops of oil to it.
