- Wash, slice your nkong, water leaves, onions and set aside.
- Boil your goat meat and stock fish adding salt, seasoning cubes, sliced onions and half cup of water.

- Add your blended pepper and crayfish and palm oil. Stir and allow to boil for 3 minutes.
- Add your waterleaf and dry fish and stir and allow to cook for 2 minutes then add the nkong, stir and simmer for 3 minutes to avoid it being over cooked.
- In a boiled water turned in a boil, add your garri and stir.
