- Boil the meat,stockfish and cow leg meat with salt,Maggi,onions and Maggi cube..
- In a separate pot,Boil water leaf till the water in it dries very well.(please don't add water).
- Add the sliced ukazi leaf and crayfish stir very well..
- Add palm oil and cover for 5mins,then add meat,stockfish,cow leg meat and Maggi,salt,smoked fish,pepper..
- Allow to boil for 3mins stir and bring down..
