- when oil is hot strart browning steak both sides remove once browned and pat to take some of the oil out..
- in a seperate pot mix brown gravy and water whisk together and put on medium high..
- add onion and meat to gravy and let cook for about 30 to 40 minutes. after the first 10 minutes you can turn to medium to finish cooking..
- rice or potatos is really good with this or just veggies is good too..
