- Soak Idli rice and urad Dal for 6 hours and grind it into a batter and allow it to ferment for 7 to 8 hours..
- Dry roast chana dal,urad Dal,red chilli,sesame seeds in a medium flame untill it turns golden yellow in colour and allow it to cool down and grind it to a fine powder or coarsely depending on your choice.And store it in air tight box and can be used for several days..
