- Prepare of For batter.
- It's 1 cup of sooji/rava/semonila.
- You need 1/2 cup of curd.

Rava Kanchipuram Idli instructions
- In large bowl add rava, curd, water, salt, baking soda and mix well. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes..
- For tempering - heat a pan and add oil. When oil is hot add hing - mustard seeds - urad Dal - pepper - green chillies - ginger - curry leaves - turmeric - Cashew. Roast well..
- Pour tempering to the batter and mix well..
- Grease the Idli stand with some oil and pour batter in it..
- Steam Idli for 15-20 minutes. First 5 minutes on high flame and next 15 minutes on medium flame..
- After 20 minutes switch off the flame and let it rest for 5 minutes..
- Take out idlis from the stand and serve hot with coconut and curry leaves chutney..
