Pumkin mandazi step by step

1. In a bowl sieve the flour and add all the dry ingredients and mix well.
2. Add in the cooking oil and rub in till it becomes crumbly.
3. Add in the egg and vanilla essence and mix.
4. Add in the pumkin puree bit by bit as you knead into a dough.
5. Continue kneading while adding milk to form a soft dough. Let it rest for 30mins.
6. Heat the oil in a pan. Roll out the dough, cut into desired shapes.
7. Toss in the oil to deep fry.
8. Let them brown on one side then turn to the other side. Till well cooked and browned. Drain the oil on a paper towel.
9. Serve and enjoy.
