1. Prepare 12 pieces of Mutton Trotter.
2. It's 1 piece of bone nalii.
3. Prepare of For Yakhni.
4. It's 1 of oinon chopped.
5. Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
6. You need 3 tbsp of Garlic cloves.
7. It's 1 piece of ginger.
8. You need 2 of cinnamon stick.
9. It's 2 of black cardamom.
10. You need 4 of green cardamom.
11. It's 1 of small nutmeg piece.
12. It's 1 of bay leave.
13. Prepare 1 of Mace piece.
14. It's 1 of star anise.
15. It's 8-10 of black pepper.
16. Prepare of For Curry.

Mutton Trotter Curry (Payaa) step by step

1. Clean and scrub the mutton Trotter with whole wheat husk, leave it on the trotter for 5 minutes and then rinse well..
2. Now put the trotter in the pressure cooker add hot water as required..
3. Now add all the above garam masala, oinon, ginger and Garlic. Now cook the mutton Trotter in half an hour in pressure cooker..
4. Heat the oil in an other pan add oinon paste and fry till light brown.then add ginger garlic paste, tomato paste and fry till light brown..
5. Add all dry ingredients and Mix well then add yoghurt and cook till the oil comes up..
6. Add the trotter and mix well..
7. Stain the trotter yakhni and add in pan..
8. Cook the curry until you get the desired consistency of the Gravy. Add the nalii..
9. Garnish the green coriander leaves, green chilli chopped,fried oinon and lemon..
10. Serve hot with naan. You can see the nalii is floating in the curry..
