Goat Paya/ Trotters step by step

1. Wash trotters carefully..
2. Blend onions with yogurt..
3. Now take a big pan, add trotters, salt, red chilli powder, Turmeric, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, onion yogurt paste and nutmeg& mace powder. Bhonofy it..
4. When trotters bhonofied,then add water and cover with lid. Cook it approximately 2 hrs in a medium flame..
5. Check trotters and water in between cooking. If water dry out and trotters are not done then add more water..
6. When trotters are fully tender than low the flame..
7. In a fry pan pour oil and add onions. When onions become golden brown, immediately pour it into trotters gravy..
8. Garnish it with ginger and coriander leaves..
9. Serve it hot with naan..
