1. 1)Add enough water that can cook the rice to the stock..add extra spices(maggi,turmeric or curry e.t.c)put the rice in and allow to cook..in a pan put some oil add the onions and garlic first fry them a bit.
2. Add the carrot and green pepper then add the liver after frying for a bit add some thyme,and seasoning cube...add the rice and stirfry for about 3-5 mins....
