  3. Phr salt, red chilli, coriander powder, black pepper, cumin powder dal ke mix kar lein.
  4. Ab iss mein bassan (Gram flour) dal ke achi trah mix kar lein r 5 mint rakh dein.
  5. Aik pan mein oil dal ke medium flame py rakh dein.. jab oil grm ho jy tu iss mein spoon ki mdad sy pakory dal ke fry kar lein.
