4. Put oil in a pot or a sauce pan preferably. Fry the cut up vegetables..
5. Add the blended pepper and tomato paste to the sauce pan..
6. Add the carrots, salt to taste and chicken cubes. If need be add dry pepper..
7. Add the Titus sardine or smoked fish and crayfish.
