For batter:In mixing bowl add besan,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt as per taste make thick paste.Batter is ready..
Put vada in besan batter and cover it nicely.Heat pan with oil and put in heated oil and deep fry nicely..
Deep fry for 3 to 4 mints or cook become golden brown..
