Moong Matki (moth) Misal Pav instructions
- Soak moong and matki overnight and then drain the water and keep it for sprouting.
- Keep all the ingredients ready.
- Put a tbsp oil in pressure cooker and add Curry leaves, rai and jeera for tadka and then add ginger garlic paste and saute well.
- Add groundnuts, tomato and onion and saute well till soft.
- Add all the masalas, tamarind, jaggery and lastly add moong and matki and mix well.
- Add water and take 1 whistle.
- Serve hot with pav, chopped onion and tomato, chopped coriander leaves, lemon, fresh curd and farsan.
