Misal Pav step by step
- Rinse the beans sprouts in water,drain the water add in cooker add turmeric,salt and water and take 2-3 whistles..
- Heat a non stick pan add chopped onion and saute it add ginger garlic paste and green chilli,saute..
- Add spices and saute it,mix well add tamarind pulp and little water and bring to boil..
- Now add sprout to tamarind mixture..
- Stir and add some water if required..
- Cook on low flame,transfer into a serving bowl add finely chopped.
- Onion,green coriander,sev/bhujiya..
- Serve with pav.
