- Add oil.in pan....put garlic....ginger chopped stir 1 min then add capsicum and onion Julians.....
- Add salt...pepper and saute.
- Add soya sause...chilli sause and vinegar.....mix well..
- Tame 1.spoon corn starch mix in water and put in this veg stirr...garlic sause is ready.
- Now fry boiled noodles with sprinkle of corn starch over it...fry till crisp.....
- Serve choupsy with fried noodles and garlic sause...
- Take soya frozen chap..boil.in salty water...add add the veggies capsicum...cabbage....and onion and put the pieces of.soya chap mix well in high flame add all sauses and serve hot..
