- You need 2 tbsp of rice flour.

Batata Bhajji instructions
- In a bowl add chickpea flour,salt, turmeric powder,soda,mix well and add little water at a time and make smooth batter..
- Dip a potato slices in the batter and drop it in hot oil..
- Deep fry on medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides..
