- In a big & deep bowl take whole wheat, Jowar, Soy flour. Add grated Bottle Gourd, curd, oil, carom seeds, heeng, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves and mix well..
- Combine everything together to form a soft & smooth dough using little or no water/whey (leftover from homemade paneer) as required. Note: I didnt use any water or whey as the bottle gourd's natural juice (which i didnt squeeze off) was enough to make the dough. Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 minutes..
- Divide the dough into 8-10 equal portions/balls. Roll each ball into round thepla/paratha using some dry flour & cook on medium flame using oil..
